PJM will conduct the 2015 Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey from October 5 to October 30 with support from the Metrus Group, a consulting firm.
Metrus will send email invitations to survey participants on October 5; the emails will come from PJM with an individual link to access and complete the survey.
Survey participants should check their spam folders if they do not receive the email invitation. Responses will be kept entirely confidential. Survey participants are PJM members and non-members who have recently interacted with PJM.
Stakeholder feedback helps ensure that doing business with PJM is as easy as possible. Responses from previous surveys have led to a number of improvements to PJM’s website, billing processes and customer service practices.
