Beginning August 27, members using the new Member Community tool on pjm.com will be able to chat live with PJM’s Client Management & Services. Live Chat is currently available on the home page of pjm.com.
In May, PJM introduced a new tool called the Member Community, which is designed to help members get the answers and information needed.
As part of the process to refine and improve services, PJM will move the Live Chat feature from pjm.com to the Member Community. Once the change happens, Live Chat will be available only through the Member Community.
Making the Live Chat tool available exclusively to members allows PJM to better focus on member inquiries and issues. Through the Member Community, members are able to find answers to their questions, get the information they need when they need it, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
To access the Member Community, members should complete this form. Members are recommended to provide the username used to sign into PJM.com. A representative of Client Management & Services will respond once access is granted.
