Collaboration is hallmark of how PJM does business; stakeholder feedback is key

By Andy Ott, president and CEO

PJM is built on solid stakeholder relationships. A collaborative approach is a hallmark of the way PJM conducts business, and it enhances our ability to maintain grid reliability and ensure competitive markets.

We want to strengthen this foundation even more. Beginning Sept. 11, we will open our 2017 Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey so that we can solicit our members’ feedback.

In the past, stakeholder feedback helped to create the Tech Change Forum and has led to new and more user-friendly access to information on our website.

The 2017 Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey will be shorter and easier to complete. This year’s survey is a high-level, focused questionnaire that encourages participation while still allowing respondents to provide actionable feedback.

With only 25 questions, the survey focuses on PJM’s core business areas of reliable operations, efficient wholesale markets and proactive planning. It should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and responses will remain confidential.

We look forward to our ongoing discussion, exchange of ideas and, most importantly, getting our stakeholders’ feedback.
