PJM Launches Member Process Improvement Initiative

On Monday, PJM launched Bright Ideas, a new initiative to better address member-requested process improvements. The new streamlined approach improves how PJM captures member feedback, providing a more proactive platform to respond to members.

Members will have an option to provide feedback directly to the Bright Ideas team, which will then route and track the feedback, communicating with the member until the request is resolved.

There is a form available on the Tech Change Community where members can submit process improvement recommendations, view their progress updates and view other recommendations that have been submitted. For questions, contact the Client Management Team.
