PJM will hold an informational session on July 21 for a new venue, the Tech Change Forum, a way to help members better prepare for changes to PJM’s tools and systems. PJM is introducing the Tech Change Forum to coordinate, consolidate and share information.
The forum is in response to stakeholder feedback and one of several initiatives stemming from stakeholder survey results.
It is a proactive forum designed to share system changes with members and to provide a venue for discussion about system feature design, technical implementation details and change readiness. Once up and running, the forum will provide opportunities for PJM staff to gain visibility and to better work with member companies.
Those interesting in attending the informational session can register on the PJM website at meetings.pjm.com.
The first formal Tech Change Forum meeting will be held in September.To join the forum, members will need to be on PJM’s Technical Notifications email distribution list. To be added, log into the My PJM account and navigate to My Email Lists under the My PJM Home tab. Select Technical Notifications under the Communications section to subscribe.
