Drauschak Named Executive Vice President

Will Oversee Risk in Addition to Finance

President and CEO David E. Mills announced Aug. 10 that Lisa M. Drauschak will be promoted from senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer to executive vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer and risk management.

Drauschak’s expanded role, effective Sept. 2, will include direct oversight of the chief risk officer and the Risk Management Division. Drauschak has been serving as interim chief risk officer since March.

Her strong credibility internally and among PJM stakeholders, coupled with her commitment to operational excellence, make for a perfect fit.”

PJM’s CFO since 2020, Drauschak is responsible for PJM’s budget and analysis, controllership, financial reporting, payroll, tax records, market settlements, procurement, treasury functions, numerous external financial audits including PJM’s comprehensive SOC 1 audit, as well as internal audit. She also oversees the formulation of long-range financial strategies and business plans to achieve PJM’s business goals.

Since 2024, Drauschak has also chaired PJM’s Markets & Reliability Committee, which oversees PJM’s wholesale electricity markets, alongside the reliable operation and planning of the regional grid.

She has spearheaded numerous initiatives, including tax strategies, streamlining and managing costs, and the implementation of stronger Financial Transmission Right (FTR) credit requirements.

Prior to joining PJM, Drauschak worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Advanta Financial Services. She holds a Bachelor of Science in accountancy from Villanova University.
