Stakeholders could see a problem statement and issue charge regarding some potential enhancements to the PJM stakeholder process at Thursday’s Markets and Reliability Committee, members learned during the Sept. 24 Members Committee Webinar. The documents would reflect the “Super Forum” meeting held July 25. (See Members tackle stakeholder process at Super Forum.)
Dave Anders, director – Stakeholder Affairs, reported that at the Sept. 24 Stakeholder Process Forum, members discussed potential enhancements to address process “idiosyncrasies” that allow members to bypass lower groups and bring proposals directly to the MRC and Members Committee. Also discussed on Sept. 24 was how to handle non-binding polls in which a majority of respondents support both the status quo and a suggested proposal.
Also during Monday’s webinar, members heard the results of the 2017 Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey. In response, action plans have been developed around customer service, the stakeholder process, communication and PJM tools.
