New Page Gives Updates on Upcoming Changes to PJM Website and Tools


As part of PJM’s efforts to improve how it communicates information technology-related changes to stakeholders, PJM has introduced a new page on that lets users easily find out information about upcoming changes to the website, PJM’s tools, the PJM Now app and various communities.

The new page provides the latest information about upcoming changes to PJM’s websites and tools, including the impacted tool or page, when the update will occur, how long it will impact users and any actions they will need to take prior to the change. Users can also filter notifications by tool, date and impact. They can also click within the notification details to see additional information or messages.

Feedback from the 2017 Member Survey prompted PJM to improve how it communicates information technology-related updates. To address this, in 2018 a team of PJM employees created a streamlined process to ensure external stakeholder communications are consistent, accurate and timely.

The new page is the latest step in these efforts.

Future updates to the page will allow users with a PJM account to subscribe and receive emails about upcoming changes. The PJM website continues to be enhanced to make it easier to do business with PJM. Please share your feedback.
