Starting Sept. 30, PJM will be seeking feedback from its stakeholders by conducting the 2019 Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey.
Based on feedback from the 2017 Stakeholder Survey, PJM made several meaningful enhancements in the way it communicates with stakeholders and in the tools that stakeholders use to interact with us.
For example, PJM applied greater consistency across the organization in stakeholder support. We developed an Upcoming Changes page on pjm.com to help online users plan for upcoming technology changes. We also implemented a single-user, multi-account login for all non-legacy tools.
“As we look forward in this rapidly evolving electric industry, we want to better serve our many stakeholders,” said Susan J. Riley, interim president and CEO for PJM. “The results of this survey will be a key tool in determining our future improvements. Therefore, we encourage all of our stakeholders to take a few minutes to share their feedback.”
PJM will conduct the survey from Sept. 30 to Oct. 11, with support from OrgVitality, an independent, third-party survey firm. Respondents will have the chance to provide comments or suggestions on areas of success and opportunity. The survey should take approximately ten minutes to complete.
Survey participants will receive an email invitation from PJM on Sept. 30 with a unique link to complete the survey.
Participants should look for this email to make sure it does not end up in a spam folder. Please forward any questions to the PJM Stakeholder Survey Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
